This guy was walking around MacDougal street telling his story to anyone who would listen.

He said his friend had found out about a conspiracy at a store in Queens, between some Arabic men & Muhammed Atta, and then they'd tried to murder this friend, and how the FBI hadn't taken him seriously, but now he was taking his story to the public and suddenly the FBI was getting interested.

"They realized they can't mess with me cuz I've got a college education."

My friend wondered why someone with a college education would make such a sloppy sign.
